This is a quiet corner of the internet where I keep my studying honest. By day I work as an Emergency Medical Technician at The Venetian Resort Las Vegas, where I've been on the medical team since July 2024. By night I'm preparing for the MCAT and working through my masters coursework — two long roads that seem to be pointing the same direction.

Four-and-a-half years in and out of clinical rooms has taught me that medicine is mostly small, careful attention: reading a face, trusting your training, keeping calm when the room isn't. I want this journal to hold that same posture toward learning — patient, curious, unhurried.

Expect notes on biochem and physio, reflections between shifts, things I got wrong on practice sections, and the occasional Chick-fil-A order.
